At Ungrafted, Chef David Aviles brings Michelin-level executive experience and culinary perspectives to the table as he joins forces with TWO Master Sommeliers. Chris Gaither and Rebecca Fineman, having built successful careers working at acclaimed restaurants in San Francisco and New York, opened Ungrafted and created an inviting space filled with warmth and hospitality that is even friendly to kids. (Their two daughters are usually seen shadowing them at work.)
The creative and colorful menu is new American, with a focus on seasonal ingredients. The wine list includes unique and delicious wines from all around the world, many of which are hidden gems or rare finds you need to taste.
Bright artwork and murals by local artists adorn the walls of this creative space, in an historic building in the very cool Dogpatch.
