When Chris and Rebecca were dating, they’d meet up after their shifts at Ame and Gary Danko. The only restaurants open at those hours were dive bars and Asian restaurants. They’d grab some Champagne and make it work. The Ungrafted food menu is inspired by these late nights, and also by their travels with their daughter. It takes its direction from the ingredients and flavors of street foods, but is reimagined to include local ingredients and fancy French techniques. Their wine of choice remains Champagne.
