In our business, everyone asks for “dry” wines, but they actually like wines with a little bit of sweetness. We do too! “Dry” doesn’t mean the wine is any better - it just means there’s less sugar in the wines. Dry wines can also be fruity and smell as if they’re going to be sweet, but then they surprise you. Don’t judge a book by its cover - and don’t knock it until you try it. In this class we are going to talk about what it means to be “dry” or “sweet,” and everything in between.
