Bolieu 'Pepin de Vignes' Extra Brut Champagne NV

$58.00

This elegant and fresh Extra Brut Champagne is made by the family-run Bolieu estate in the village of Bassuet, south of Reims. It is made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Meunier, highlighting both finesse and fruit intensity.

In the glass you’ll see a pale-straw colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The bouquet opens with delicate white fruit notes — think apple, pear, and citrus — lifted by subtle floral hints, while the palate is fresh, round and refined, balanced by invigorating acidity.

This Champagne is crafted in the méthode traditionnelle, is aged in stainless steel and spends around 3 years on the lees for depth and complexity.

Perfect as an elegant aperitif or with oysters, shellfish, or soft cheeses.
