Alain established the Domaine in 2003 with vineyards inherited from his father that include some of Puligny-Montrachet's top premier crus. His Bourgogne Blanc is made from all Puligny fruit from younger vines. Limited bâtonnage and only 10% new oak keeps this Chardonnay taut and fresh, with plenty of minerality.
