The soils mix sand, clay, and limestone, giving the wine both fragrance and finesse.

Hand-harvested in mid-September, the grapes get a gentle 15-day maceration with daily punch-downs, followed by six months in stainless steel and at least three months in bottle. The result? A bright ruby red wine bursting with cherry, pomegranate, raspberry, rose, and a sprinkle of white pepper. On the palate, it’s fresh, lightly savory, and silky, with perfectly balanced tannins.
