This wine from Domaine Nerantzi in Serres, Northern Greece is a bright, mineral-packed white made from 100% Assyrtiko grown organically at around 130–150 m in sandy loam over limestone soils. Stainless steel–fermented with native yeasts, it serves crisp mouthwatering acidity and a clean, textured profile—think zesty lemon, green apple, and stone fruit with a saline finish that hits like a breath of coastal air. Very surprising for this decidedly inland region, this Assyrtiko gives Santorini a run for its money.

With its fresh energy, chill this one thoroughly and pair with seafood—it’s perfect with oysters, grilled squid, or shellfish.
